Taste the Difference

Little Easy is the new concept from the folks at BrewRiver Creole Kitchen and BrewRiver at Sonder Brewing. Our love of New Orleans Po' Boys inspired us to create the concept in Cincinnati. Both owners of Little Easy, Chef Michael Shields and Joby Bowman, lived in New Orleans, and Chef Michael spent his years there working for Chef Emeril Lagasse in the kitchen. His time there created a love for Louisiana, and New Orleans food in particular. At Little Easy we make everything fully from scratch. We care about the ingredients and THE BREAD. So much so, that we exclusively use Leidenheimer's Po Boy Bread straight from The Crescent City. All of our seafood and chicken proteins are brined in buttermilk and are hand dredged in cornmeal. Our dark roux gumbo is made by Chef Michael himself and takes the better part of a day and a half to make.  All of our stocks, sauces, sides, soups and dressings are made in house. I In short, We strive to give our guests an authentic New Orleans experience with each and every bite!
